ACPI Driver for Kabylake Platform Products
Windows 7 64-bit Hotfix Available
Attention Windows 7 Users
If you are experiencing issues with the ACPI Driver on your Kabylake platform product, please note that Intel recommends using Windows 7 64-bit. Unfortunately, there is no Windows 7 32-bit driver available for this device. However, you can install a hotfix to resolve the issue.
To install the hotfix, follow these steps:
- Open a Command Prompt window (cmd) with administrator privileges.
- Type the following command: pnputil -i -a C:\path\to\hotfix.inf
- Replace C:\path\to\hotfix.inf with the actual path to the hotfix file.
Once the hotfix is installed, the ACPI Driver should be installed correctly.
